Common questions
How long does an engagement take?+
One to four weeks depending on scope. A focused system review runs about a week; a full architecture and roadmap review is usually three to four.
Do you need production access?+
We prefer read-only access to code and enough observability to see how the system behaves under real load. We work under NDA by default.
Will you tell us to rewrite everything?+
Almost never. Rewrites are the most expensive path and the one we recommend last. We usually find a smaller set of changes with a much better return.
What do we walk away with?+
A written review, a prioritised action plan, and a working session with your team. If it helps, we stay on to help implement it.
